something is here

I am not (an object)

therefor

I AM.

  1. "something is here" has been pulling in "my" awareness too since seeing the Wayne Liquorman video on Never Not Here.

    Something IS here...

I can't "wrap my mind" around it, but I know with certainty that something is here, and whatever it is, it is not just an object, it is the light the object shows up in.

    "I am not (an object)

    therefore

    I AM."

    That hits home.

    Thank you.

  2. You're welcome, Coleen!

Of course, as you know, "the light the object shows up in" is a conceptual pointer requiring 'time' in order to be expressed and understood by some one.

Moreover, as Ramesh used to say, "a concept is something that can be disagreed with." The beauty of "something is here" is that it can't be denied. It's a concept without conceit.

  3. Good point Tom. "Something is here" can't be denied...staying with this undeniable fact- keeping things as simple as possible- is valuable - and avoids the temptation to stray into the hallways of the mind- the endless conjectures, speculations, and concepts that can be disagreed with.
